All activities are tied to the Massachusetts Guidelines for Preschool and Kindergarten Learning Experiences and the Massachusetts Early Learning Guidelines for Infants & Toddlers, the frameworks for high-quality educational experiences for children
from Birth through Grade 3.
Parents/Caregivers are expected to stay in the room and participate with their children.
Siblings of different ages are always welcome.

IN-PERSON PROGRAM POLICIES/GUIDELINES:

Early Childhood Partners' Inclement Weather/Emergency Conditions Policy:
Early Childhood Partners follows the closures of the Hamilton-Wenham and Manchester-Essex School Districts.  If HWRSD or MERSD are closed, Early Childhood Partners is closed and our programs are cancelled. If HWRSD or MERSD have a delayed opening, please check our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages for updates about our programs. If inclement weather/emergency conditions occur on a weekend, please check our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages for updates about our programs.  We will always post closures and cancellations on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. And if you are still not sure, feel free to call us!

Early Childhood Partners Illness Guidelines:
Early Childhood Partners follows the "Sick Day Guidelines" of the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District.  In order to provide the healthiest environment possible to promote learning, please do not bring your child to story times/playgroups when symptoms of illness are present.  Symptoms can include, but not be limited to, vomiting, diarrhea, general malaise, fever, severe or persistent sore throat, ear pain, or frequent cough.  Please do not return to groups until you or your child are symptom-free and/or fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.

We encourage all participants to continue daily practices that can help prevent the spread of viral illnesses including:
  • Washing hands with soap and water, scrubbing hands for at least 20 seconds before rinsing or using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains 60%-95% alcohol.  You can make handwashing more fun by singing or humming the chorus to one of these popular songs.
  • Frequently clean commonly touched surfaces in your home, including phones, tablets, keyboards, doorknobs, light switches, faucet handles, toilet flushes, countertops, etc.
  • Avoid sharing personal items such as chapstick, water bottles, eating utensils, etc.
  • Avoid touching your face (nose, mouth, and eyes).
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when coughing or sneezing and then wash hands.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
